Currently, they have become one of the main tourists draw of Cordoba city during the month of May, the typically cordovan month due to the diverse celebrations of festivals such as the festival of the “Cruces “or the fair.

This remarkable cordovan tradition allows tourist to contemplate the Patios. These small natural paradises are hidden form the prying eyes in many houses of Cordoba, that open their doors around this time of year, can admire them in all their lustre.

The Cordoba Patios Festival have a great deal of work and dedication on the part of their owners, as the maintenance and care of the flowers entails a great deal of work that is not only carried out during the months when the courtyards are open, but also throughout the year.
